A Spiritual Pilgrimage

We begin our journey in Delhi. Drive to Rishikesh, staying at Sattva Retreat centre in the Shivalak mountains attend Sattva Summit – 7 days of classes, teachings and wisdom at the base of the Himalayas.With a true Himalayan Master. Anandji.

Enjoy a few nights in Lakshman Jula the heart of Rishikesh for shopping, exploring, massages, Ganga dip, Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Soak in the richness of this Spiritual sacred land, the true birth place of Yoga.

Unexpected & Profound

Today marks one week since my return from the amazing pilgrimage to India 2024 with Sam and Ritika. I felt a calling, but I was a little resistant to the unknown.
