Learn the skills of conscious communiction, self attunement,  4 truths to lead us towards opening and connection.  Move beyond tension, pain and frustration to acceptance, surrender and compassion. Develop deep presence and self awareness.

Understand the roles of the masculine and feminine  to truly express your deepest desires and longing.
