This class is a complete yogic experience, thoughtfully woven to support your vitality, clarity, and connection to self. Rooted in traditional yogic principles and designed for modern life, our time together will include:
Breathwork / Pranayama
To awaken your energy, calm the nervous system, and guide your awareness inward.
Kriya
Dynamic movements and breath to clear energetic blocks, ignite inner strength, and align your subtle body.
Asana
A fluid, grounding sequence that strengthens the body and cultivates stillness within. Expect to stretch, strengthen, and soften — all with presence.
Meditation & Stillness
This is Yoga, in its Wholeness.

Join me LIVE on zoom every Friday 6.15am AEST for a free 30 minute session.
We explore different breathwork techniques and meditation.
This offering is to share this powerful work with anyone who seeks it. A place to create community and a practise to help strengthen, calm and balance the mind.
