This class is a complete yogic experience, thoughtfully woven to support your vitality, clarity, and connection to self. Rooted in traditional yogic principles and designed for modern life, our time together will include:

Breathwork / Pranayama

To awaken your energy, calm the nervous system, and guide your awareness inward.

Kriya

Dynamic movements and breath to clear energetic blocks, ignite inner strength, and align your subtle body.

Asana

A fluid, grounding sequence that strengthens the body and cultivates stillness within. Expect to stretch, strengthen, and soften — all with presence.

Meditation & Stillness

This is Yoga, in its Wholeness.

Balanced Mind

Good morning Sam! I just wanted to write to you to say how much these 21 days have balanced my mind, body and spirit. I feel so reconnected with my true self, less overwhelmed in situations and a deeper peace.
