This is more than breathwork — it’s a guided journey toward clarity, presence, and inner balance.
Over 21 days, you’ll practise live breathwork, kriya, and meditation sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and daily consistency.
Through guided practices, reflection, and ongoing support, you’ll build simple habits that help you feel more grounded, focused, and connected in everyday life.
The journey includes live guided sessions, recordings, reflective practices, and supportive resources throughout the experience.
