Nourished and So Happy

The retreat run by Sam at Yama in Balian was one of the best experiences I've had! The property was amazing and so was the food and all the practices lead by Sam. It was such a beautiful experience, and I feel very nourished and so happy. There were so many special moments over the week, and everything was well thought out and flowed perfectly!
