Anyone wishing to engage in a retreat will be required to sign a waiver similar (but not limited to) the following.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I, (name) _________________________________, hereby agree to the following:

I am participating in the retreat offered by The Soulful Lifestyle, during which I will receive information and instruction in Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Ice Baths, and other movement classes, swimming (if you choose), bushwalking on uneven terrain. I recognise that these activities require physical exertion.

I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and take full responsibility for myself during all activities and free time. I understand that The Soulful Lifestyle and staff will take all care, but shall not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the retreat. 

I understand that if I am pregnant, that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant as well as noting it on my booking form. It is recommended that you consult your doctor of pregnant and have them sign off that activities are safe for you.

I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in The Soulful Lifestyle retreats.

I acknowledge that The Host may make suggestions from time to time that are intended to help me and my well-being. However I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realize that The Host is not licensed medical provider and that I must consult my doctor.

If I experience pain or discomfort during the retreat, I will modify The Host’s instruction to suit my individual needs. I will not hold The Host responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the retreat. I understand that the activities offered on this retreat are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that The Host is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

In consideration of being permitted to participate at The Soulful Lifestyle Retreats, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and any or all activities done with The Soulful Lifestyle, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided. 
 
Dietary Restrictions and (skin) Allergies 
Participants must notify The Host of any dietary restrictions and allergies at the time of booking. Our Chef will design and prepare a menu suitable for your needs. We will follow up with a call to clarify.

Cancellations 
Due to our commitment to accommodation providers, instructors etc we cannot make any exceptions to the below-mentioned cancellation fees. We do not offer any credit for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not using any part of the scheduled program. 

• Prior to 60+ days from the start of the booked retreat date: You will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If payment in full has already been made, you may transfer 100% of this payment (less the deposit) to a future retreat, to be used within 18 months from date of booking, or request a full refund (less the deposit).
• Between 45-60 days prior to the start date of your booked retreat: You will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. You may transfer 100% of the retreat fees (less the deposit) to a future retreat, to be used within 18 months from date of booking, or request a refund of 75% of the retreat fees (less the deposit).
• Between 0 and 45 days prior to the start date of your booked retreat: No refund or transfer is allowed and you will forfeit 100% of your retreat fees paid.
