Freedom Within

Through my commitment to the practice and Sam’s guidance I am learning how to embrace and love aspects of myself previously inaccessible. I’m letting go of blame and shame stories etched deep within my being. Stories I’ve clung to for protection, stories that I’ve made an identity out of. I’m living with a far greater sense of freedom within and a capacity to be the observer in my life, the witness. The gratitude I have for Sam and her teachings is difficult to put words to, however I know if you’re reading this you’ve been drawn to Sam for a reason; you will for certain experience shifts in your life profound beyond measure for having crossed her path.

Profound Retreat Experience

I’m currently in my second 21 day breathwork journey and have signed up for my second Soulful Lifestyle Retreat. My first experience was one of the most profound retreat experiences ever (and I’ve been on many retreats!). I know that when I say yes to healing opportunities the Universe conspires to make it happen! Trust that it is so for you too. Thank you Sam you truly are an angel in a beautiful earth suit!
