Why Breathwork?

Breath is life. All life happens between an inhale and an exhale. If we want to tap in and truly understand ourselves, it starts with the breath. Breathwork is the fastest and safest way to tap into our nervous system, rewiring and resetting old programs we have been running. Breathwork gives us the opportunity to give our whole system an upgrade. It is the perfect entry point for meditation, as taught by the yogis thousands of years ago. We use the breath to access the mind.

Breathwork can relieve stress and anxiety, alter our state of being, shift our negative beliefs, improve our sleep, strengthen the immune system, balance the nervous system, increase vitality, release toxins and stored tension in the body, release trauma and fear, and allow us to experience a deep state of peace, connection, and love within.

The breath connects us with our own innate wisdom, bringing greater awareness, clarity, peace, freedom, joy, and love into our experience of life.

How does it work?

When we consciously manipulate the rhythm of the breath, we tap into the nervous system, influencing and activating either our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) or our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). We step into the driver’s seat of our life. Breathwork has been proven to alter the pH state of the blood, creating a stronger electromagnetic field of energy throughout the body. This natural process starts to clear out and dissolve any stored tension and unprocessed emotions from the body, allowing us to heal on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
