Explore different meditation techniques for focus, clarity, emotional resilience and nervous system stability. 

Reduce stress, anxiety, worry and fear by understanding how the mind works. 

Learn and practice the techniques so you have your own very real experience of your mind. 

This isn’t just a meditation course, this is a deep dive into the understanding of your mind. 

Starts Tuesday 8th April, 6.30pm – 8pm
